So you may have all noticed that today, the Blazing Minds blog had a bit of an update and spent a little bit of time in “Maintenance Mode“, first, I do apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused to your visiting and reading the blog articles.
The reason for the change is the original theme, that the Blazing Minds blog had had for over three years was a bit of a drain on the blogs servers, the theme was not getting updated and so I decided to drop it and go for something that was simple, quick to load and allowed me to tweak to my desires.

So I set the blog to Maintenance mode on got on to working with the new theme, I do have to say that there are some more tweaks to perform to tidy up the look, but I’m happy with the theme and it’s speed compared to the previous one.
Getting Used To The New Theme For Blazing Minds
Now I know it’s something new for the start of a new year, but I do hope that after I’ve changed certain things and finishing tweaking the new theme, you’ll all be used to it, don’t forget it’s still the Blazing Minds articles that you’ve come to enjoy, it’s only the theme that has changed.
I’m able to customize the buttons at the top and set up the menus to make everything so much easier for you, the reader, to find things so much easier and quicker.
So please stick with the blog while I go through some of the changes to make it run a lot smoother and remember, as I said earlier, it’s only the theme that has changed for the blog, the same style of writing for the film reviews etc isn’t going to change and hopefully this year, I’ll have even more film reviews for you all and more contests etc.
